Bimota Tesi 3D Rock Gold

MotoBlog brings us pictures of an interesting example, of an already interesting bike, the Bimota Tesi 3D. As a part of a multi-brand collaboration, Bimota has teamed up with designer Daad Dantone to make this blacked out Testi 3D with gold inserts. The Tesi 3D will match other one-off goods made for Daad’s “Rock Gold” display in Milan.

Bimota is joined in the small, but expensive group of goods manufacturers that Daad has tapped for its event by companies such as Borsalino, Emanuele Bicocchi, Fila, Pagano, Philipp Plein, and Ruby Paris.

We’re not to game for high-priced European apparel here at A&R, but we have been known to like a Bimota or two. The Tesi 3D would easily rank the highest on our list with its unique chassis, and edgy angular design that broke out of the traditional Italian school of thought.

he photography done by MotoBlog makes this particular example, with its black paint and gold accents look sinister. We’re not sure if that’s how you sell expensive things abroad, but it certainly contrasts just about every other photo we’ve seen of the Bimota.

No word on price, but if you have to ask, you probably can’t afford it.
