OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma City woman is accused of assaulting an 11-year-old boy with autism.
Delsey Lee, 23, told police she was cleaning the house when the 11-year-old bumped into her when he passed her in the hallway, causing her to hit her head on the wall.
Lee then turned toward the boy and pushed him, according to the police report.
After allegedly pushing the boy, Lee told police the 11-year-old started throwing around the trash she was attempting to clean.
When police arrived, they noticed the boy had several scratches and small lacerations across his face. He also had a large swollen area above his left eye, according to the police report.
Lee told police she may have scraped the boy’s face with her ring during the scuffle because he was trying to bite her.
The boy’s father said he wanted to press charges against Lee and she was arrested.
Lee was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on child abuse, and domestic assault and battery charges.
