GALLATIN, Tenn. (WKRN) – A Gallatin man turned himself in to police Thursday after he was indicted for allegedly stealing thousands of dollars from his clients.

Loney Hutchins, 68, is the co-owner of 21st Century Living Services, which provides care for clients who have traumatic brain injuries.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation began investigating Hutchins in 2012. The investigation revealed he stole more than $250,000 from some of his clients over a 10 year period, according to the TBI.

Hutching was booked into the Sumner County jail and is charged with two counts of theft over $60,000, 16 counts of theft over $1,000 and money laundering. His bond was set at $7,500.
