Police: Disabled Man Was Sexually Assaulted Time and Again for 2 Years
John "Jack" Holland was held on $50,000 cash bail.
John “Jack” Holland, 74, of 3 Kessler Farm Drive, Apt. #111, Nashua, was arrested Jan. 19 on an active arrest warrant for aggravated felonious sexual assault, a class A felony. He is accused of sexually assaulting multiple times a man with developmental delays over a two-year period, including most recently a sexual assault reported to police on Jan. 6, 2014.
An arrest warrant was issued for Holland's arrest following an investigation into the Jan. 6 assault report. Holland will be charged with numerous counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault; one count of attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault; and two counts of sexual assault, class A misdemeanors.
A class a felony is punishable by up to 20 years imprisonment in State Prison, exclusive of fines for each count. A class A misdemeanor is punishable by up to one year in jail, exclusive of fines for each count. Holland is being held at the Valley Street Jail on $50,000 cash only bail pending his arraignment in 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court on January 21, 2014.
