In this action for breach of contract, plaintiff and appellant Ted Shelton & Associates, LLC ("Shelton") appeals from a judgment following the granting of a motion for summary judgment in favor of defendant and respondent Vineyard Bank. Shelton contends triable issues of fact exist that preclude the grant of summary judgment. We affirm the judgment.
