ARGYLE, N.Y. (NEWS10) – A Washington County LPN has been accused of endangering the welfare of a disabled patient and recording it on her cell phone.

Police said Karen Robison was employed as an LPN at a rehabilitation facility. She’s accused of repeatedly pushing a patient into a chair and calling him vulgar names while she recorded the incident on her cell phone.

The 52-year-old was arrested and charged with Endangering the Welfare of an Incompetent or Physically Disabled Person in the First Degree. She is scheduled to appear in Town of Argyle Court on April 12.

The case has been forwarded to the district attorney’s office for review and possible grand jury action. Additional charges are possible.
